At GelCalm, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, worn, damaged by misuse, or altered after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
