Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or certain remote locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

GelCalm is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs authorities

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already been processed or shipped, GelCalm cannot guarantee address changes or replacements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier.

  3. Contact our support team for assistance.

GelCalm is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For Canadian orders, applicable taxes may be charged during checkout in accordance with local regulations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by law.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
